For this reason, you must make sure that any work, pictures or stored files of any sort that you want to keep are downloaded before then.
YOU are responsible for storing your personal files yourself. When the new online service is running next term, you will once again be able to store things online.
If you want to keep any important emails which are on D/Brain, then “forward” them to a different account, or print them off.
